1. Definitions & Introduction

4. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on hi999 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. To withdraw winnings earned from bonuses, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hi999 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a received bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions.
• There must be no pending withdrawal requests on the account before claiming a bonus.
• Bonuses do not apply to multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• hi999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be investigated and bonuses may be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules
